Version 1.2 · Effective October 2026 · Last updated October 2026

This document is provided for product transparency and legal compliance. Sivan Ai is an autonomous, non-custodial multi-chain settlement protocol for milestone-backed Service Agreements and automated bank cashouts.

This Data Retention Policy explains how long Sivan Technologies keeps records related to accounts, verification, Service Agreements, payment coordination, transactions, support, security, and compliance.

1. Retention Principles

  • We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, legal, provider, compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, security, audit, and dispute purposes.

  • Retention periods may be extended where there is a legal hold, active dispute, regulatory inquiry, or security investigation.
